Well, I am officially 39 weeks and still hanging on. I went to see the doctor this morning and we will not be inducing tomorrow. I have dilated to 3cm (yay!), but baby has still not dropped far enough for the doc to feel comfortable with an induction. She has come down some, so we are getting closer! I have no more appointments left at the doctor, if I do not go into labor this weekend, I will be induced on Tuesday. Just a few extra days to get her ready, that's all!
Otherwise, I am feeling great. Lots of energy, no more braxton hicks. When I have a contraction, it is pretty intense, they are just few and far between right now. Night time brings lots of back and lower pelvic pains, but that is fine with me if it is getting things going!
I finished work on Friday. I miss the kids so much, but it has been nice to be able to get things together at home. I think we are close to ready! Meagan is super excited. I had lunch with her today up at school and she just can't wait!
Well, hopefully the next post will be news of a new little addition! Keep us in your prayers and we will be in touch!

38 Weeks...
Hello Everyone,
Seems that our little baby is oh so comfy inside. She has not yet engaged herself into position. She is "floating", which means that until she engages, I cannot be induced. So, we have one more week to see if this happens.
Slightly frustrating for mom, considering that I had the 18th as my "I am not going farther than this day" date. But, if baby is not ready, then she is not ready. Technically, I still have two more weeks to go. Doc says it isn't safe to induce a baby not engaged, and I certainly don't want to do something unsafe.
On another note, today is my last day of school. Totally mixed feelings about this. I am going to miss my class terribly! They are all so wonderful! Teaching at Redeemer has really helped me through some difficult times these past two years. We have an ice cream party planned which should be lots of fun! We also have a wonderful sub whom the children seem to really like. She has been with us this week. And of course, my assistant is fabulous! There is nothing I can say about her that would do justice! I know the kids will be in good hands and it is only for a few weeks, but still, they are my babies!
So, next weeks agenda: treadmill, clean, treadmill, have lunch with Meagan, treadmill, do baby wash, treadmill, clean some more... If you have any suggestions on getting the baby engaged, let me know! Both Meagan and Louis were engaged early on, so this is new to me!
Well, I go again to the doctor on Thurday and we will see what he says. I need to keep telling myself, there is a reason she is not ready. Be patient!

36 Weeks....
Well, I have reached the 36 week mark. Went to the doctor today and I am 1 cm. Not much, but better than nothing! We have a scheduled birthday of April 18 for our new little arrival! Unless she decides to join the world a little sooner! Everything checked out well and we are very excited!
Meagan made a countdown calendar to hang on the fridge. She is putting a sticker on each day until the baby arrives! She is very excited also. Well, not too much else to report, thank goodness. My last day of work is April 11 and I am looking forward to it, although I will miss my little ones tremendously! I have such a super class this year!
Anyway, next appt is next week, and reflexology is this Saturday.... Whooo Hooo! Will write more next week.
